Intergovernmental agreements

NDIS trial

On 7 December 2012, COAG signed an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for the NDIS Launch. Further to this, states and territories have signed bilateral agreements with the Commonwealth detailing the operational and funding arrangements for the NDIS in each trial site. These agreements include matters such as the planned intake of participants and the balance of cash and in-kind contributions to the scheme.
