- We want to hear from you and your families and carers about how we can deliver on the promises that we have made to you.
- Our commitments are set out in two documents – the participant service improvement plan and service charter.
- There are lots of ways for you to provide feedback.
- We will update the have your say page to keep you up-to-date about opportunities to have your say.
For participants, their families and carers
We want to hear from you and your families and carers about how we deliver a simpler, fairer, faster and more flexible NDIS.
By telling us what you think, you’ll be helping us deliver a better experience for all people with disability accessing the NDIS and participants already in the Scheme.
You can go to our have your say page to read our consultation papers and provide your feedback.
For the disability sector and government
We are working with participants, state and territory governments, disability sector organisations and our Independent Advisory Council on how we will deliver some big changes as well as some smaller, practical changes that will make the NDIS work better for everyone.
Over the coming months, we’ll continue talking to participants, the disability sector and governments about the changes we are making to deliver a better NDIS for all participants, including introducing independent assessments, personalised budgets, plan flexibility and supporting young children early to reach their full potential.
We welcome feedback from the disability sector and public on our consultation papers. You can go to our have your say page to provide your feedback.
