This Progress Report provides a year two update on progress towards building a world-leading National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) produced its first Progress Report in 2014 and committed to delivering yearly progress updates as the Agency move towards delivering the full scheme. The Progress Report is intended to complement the Agency’s Annual Report, which is tabled in Parliament in September of each year. The report demonstrates the Agency’s commitment to operating as a learning organisation, which means it listens and learns from the experiences of people with a disability and other key stakeholders.
This second Progress Report focuses on what the Agency has achieved in the last 12 months and benchmarks how it is tracking against the goals and outcomes identified in the Agency’s Strategic Plan 2013-2016.
