Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
The CEO of the NDIA is normally appointed by the Board of the NDIA under section 160 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). The first CEO was appointed by the Minister under section 160(6) of the NDIS Act.
The CEO is appointed for a period of up to 3 years.
Rob De Luca is the second and current CEO of the NDIA, he commenced with the agency on 28 August 2017.
