You will get an email with instructions on how to log in to the my NDIS participant portal.

The log in email will come from: [email protected]

The subject will be “my NDIS portal – Let’s get started”

Check your spam or junk mail folders.

If you still can’t find the email, email [email protected] and we will resend you a log in email.

We store the email address and phone number you use to login separate to your NDIS contact details.

If you update your NDIS contact information, it does not change your portal login details.

If you need to change your portal login information, please email us at [email protected].

You can find your NDIS number is in the myplace portal under my contact details in ‘About Me’.

You can check your mobile number in the myplace portal under my contact details in ‘About Me’.

You can request a new code from the login screen. If you still don’t get your code, please email [email protected].

You have 5 attempts to sign in. After 5 attempts you will be locked out for an hour before you can try again.

If you are a child representative or nominee, you will need to use your own NDIS number and personal details. NOT the NDIS number of the participant you represent.
