Provider sentiment and satisfaction survey

Providers play a critical role in helping participants achieve their goals. The NDIA is committed to ensuring providers' experience of the NDIS is positive and to building and maintaining confidence in the Scheme.

To help us measure our progress we ask for provider feedback via an annual survey. The annual survey is designed to collect information about provider satisfaction with the NDIA and the general level of confidence in the NDIS.

The survey will be open from Thursday 17 September to Sunday 4 October 2020.

Registered providers were sent a link to the survey through email and are encouraged to share their feedback.

No personal information is collected in this survey. The information collected will be de-identified and aggregated for the purposes of creating Australia-wide metrics of provider satisfaction with the NDIA and optimism towards the NDIS.

A findings report on the 2019-20 survey  is published on the NDIS website.
