Provider sentiment and satisfaction survey

Providers play a critical role in helping participants work towards their goals. The NDIA is committed to ensuring providers' experience of the NDIS is positive and to building and maintaining confidence in the Scheme.

To help us measure our progress we ask for provider feedback via an annual survey. The survey collects information about provider satisfaction with the NDIA and the general level of confidence in the NDIS.

The survey will be open from Monday 22 November 2021 to 5pm AEDT on Monday 6 December November 2021.

Registered providers were sent a link to the survey by email and are encouraged to share their feedback.

No personal information is collected in this survey. The information collected will be de-identified and aggregated for the purposes of creating Australia-wide metrics of provider satisfaction with the NDIA and optimism towards the NDIS.

A findings report on the 2020-21 survey  is published on the NDIS website.
