my NDIS mobile app
The my NDIS mobile app is being tested before we make it available to all participants. This information is for any participants, nominees and child representatives helping us test the app.
The My NDIS app lets self-managed participants view their budget, make and manage claims, and view their account details.
You have told us that you would like an easy way to make claims and manage your NDIS budget. The my NDIS app is one way we are doing that.
Downloading the app to your phone
For anyone using an Android phone, you will receive an email with a link to download the app.
For iPhone users, we are using an app called TestFlight during testing. You will get an email from TestFlight inviting you to download the app.
Follow the link in the email and download the TestFlight app to your phone.
Use the code provided to add the my NDIS app to TestFlight.
You can then login to the my NDIS app.
Can I use the app on my iPad?
The app can be used on an iPad, but it is best on a smartphone.
I can’t see my NDIS app on the phone after I’ve downloaded it
After downloading the app, if you can’t find it on your device you can search for “my NDIS” in the device’s app search bar.
Logging into the app
When you log into the app for the first time, we use a code sent by SMS to confirm your information. This will be sent to the mobile phone number we have recorded for you.
From there you will set up a PIN. You will use that PIN to log into the app from then on.
