Lights, Camera, Action!Empower Real Story Telling Festival is happening on the 29th of November 2024.
This exciting community event is all about empowering voices and sharing stories that matter through film or photo stories and its open for everyone!
This event hosted on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja been founded and created by a dynamic team of people with Disabilities to share stories, passion, and creativity with their community and has been supported by APM Community Capacity Building team.

- Welcome to country by Noongar men Jamie and Daru, plus watch exciting event performances: Variety WA Choir, Joondalup Entertainers Theatre School, WA Deaf Arts (WADA) Signing Choir and Abdol the “Assassinator”
- Accessibility: Auslan Interpreters, Hearing Loops, Accessible Venue and Facilities, Chill Out Zone, Captions, Audio descriptions, Accessibility Tour, Social Story, Volunteer Support
