Darwin: provider information session 1: your responsibilities

NDIS Commission - Building on the introductory information session held earlier this year, this presentation will comprise an overview of Provider obligations, Registration and Renewals, Code of Conduct, Practice Standards, Worker Orientation and ways in which the NDIS Commission will support Providers. There will also be time allocated for a question and answer segment.

Hosted by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission), and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), this event will feature four presentations for Providers.

Please register for each individual presentation you want to attend. 

You are encouraged to send the most appropriate representative to each presentation. This person should work in the relevant field and understand the subject area.

About the NDIS Commission

The NDIS Commission is a new independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of services and supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

From 1 July 2018, the NDIS Commission became responsible for registering all NDIS service providers in New South Wales and South Australia.

From 1 July 2019, the NDIS Commission will begin regulating providers in the Northern Territory, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.

From 1 July 2020, the NDIS Commission will commence operations in Western Australia.
