Online: working as an NDIS provider

The NDIA invites all new NDIS providers to attend an information session on working as an NDIS provider. 

This session will benefit new providers that have commenced delivering supports to NDIS participants. 

This session will cover:

  • a brief overview of the NDIS and support budgets
  • NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Pricing Limits
  • working with participants
  • using the myplace provider portal
  • service agreements and service bookings
  • payment request and enquiries
  • an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.

Please register below, advising of any accessibility requirements. A minimum of five business days' notice is required to book Auslan interpreters and live captioning services.

This session will be delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams. Registrations will close three business days prior to the session date.

Two business days prior to the session, login details (including the MS Teams link) will be sent via email from [email protected] to the email address you provide at registration (this email may filter to your junk mail).

We encourage individual registrations for all events to ensure each registrant receives these details. Please also ensure your email address is correct when registering.
