Testing NDIS Improvements – Hobart TAS Open House Information Session

The NDIA invites NDIS participants, families, carers and people from the disability community to attend this face-to-face ‘Open house’ information session in Hobart on 21 February 2023.

Open House means you can 'drop in' at any time during the event.

We’re improving how we deliver the NDIS so that people who use it are better supported every step of the way.

The session will focus on the new NDIS computer system and the participant end-to-end journey in the new system.

We will cover topics such as:

  • Making connections within your community and applying for the NDIS
  • Creating and using your plan
  • Check-ins and updating your plan
  • Early connections for children under 7
  • Participant-endorsed providers
  • The updated App and Participant and Provider portals
