The National Disability Insurance Agency invites current and prospective NDIA participants, their families, and carers to learn more about NDIA’s new ways of working and the improved participant experience. These changes will start later this year. 

In this session we will go through the improvements for current NDIS participants and for people who are new applicants to the NDIS.

For now, these sessions are an opportunity to come and hear about what is changing. This is just the start of our information sharing with you, future sessions will go into more detail including how to use the new portal and app.
