The NDIA is reducing its hours of operation from 25 December 2018 to 1 January 2019 inclusive. Regular operations will resume on Wednesday 2 January 2019.
You can still contact the NDIA National Contact Centre on 1800 800 110 during this time, except on public holidays.
Around half our Partners in the Community (PITC) offices will remain open across Australia with a reduced number of staff available to provide support to participants as required, except on public holidays.
To find out if your local office is open, or if you have any questions or think you may need support during this time, we encourage you to contact your local office prior to 25 December 2018 for information on their available services.
You can locate your Local Area Coordinator’s contact details on your NDIS plan.
If you call your local office, or the Agency, during the reduced activity period the phone will either divert to the National Contact Centre 1800 number or provide you with an alternative point of contact.
If you require urgent assistance outside of these times please call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Submissions through the Contact Form on the NDIS website received after 5pm on Friday 21 December 2018 will be processed from Wednesday 2 January 2019.
