The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has made positive progress in resolving the periodic ICT issue that is impacting some staff and our Partners’ ability to access our business systems remotely.
The myplace portal is not affected and continues to operate normally for participants and providers.
We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
