The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has been experiencing periodic outages impacting some staff and our Partners' ability to access our business systems remotely.
We want to reassure people there is no impact on the myplace portal, which continues to operate normally for participants and providers.
We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
