The NDIA is making changes to the NDIS myplace portal to improve the process when there is a gap between new and old participant plans. Sometimes there is a delay in the approval of a new plan. This can create a ‘gap’ between the old plan and the new plan.

On Tuesday 3 September 2019, registered providers received access to the National Provider Survey. The survey is designed to collect information about provider satisfaction with the NDIA and the general level of confidence in the NDIS.

Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Stuart Robert, today officially opened the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) Victorian office, alongside Federal Member for Chisholm, Ms Gladys Liu. Minister Robert said the establishment of the NDIS Commission is vital to ensure we protect the right of NDIS participants to receive safe and quality services along with the integrity of the Scheme.
