An improved request for service (RFS) process for registered support coordination providers is now live.
The Australian Government has announced applications are now open to share in $62 million worth of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) grants.
New information is available for health professionals who are referring children with developmental delay to the NDIS.
The NDIA is making changes to the NDIS myplace portal to improve the process when there is a gap between new and old participant plans. Sometimes there is a delay in the approval of a new plan. This can create a ‘gap’ between the old plan and the new plan.
On Tuesday 3 September 2019, registered providers received access to the National Provider Survey. The survey is designed to collect information about provider satisfaction with the NDIA and the general level of confidence in the NDIS.
From Monday 2 September, participants will see improvements to the way their budget is displayed in the NDIS myplace participant portal. These improvements in the NDIS myplace participant portal will give detailed information about allocated and spent funding.
