NDIS contact centre – change to operating hours
The operating hours of the NDIS contact centre phone line are changing from Monday 30 April 2018.
The 1800 800 110 phone number will be answered between 8:00am and 8:00pm local time.
This is a reduction in operating hours, which are currently 8:00am to 11:00pm in each time zone.
The decision to change the operating hours of the contact centre was based on a review of incoming calls, which found less than one per cent of call come through after 8:00pm.
