These resources focus on assisting disability service providers to develop the business processes and governance arrangements that are required in advance of the roll out of the NDIS. This section includes a range of models for use in pricing and costing, risk, communications and roles and responsibilities of Boards and Executive Managers.

 

 

Inclusion Melbourne – costing and pricing tools

Inclusion Melbourne worked with Saward Dawson chartered accountants to develop this guide to costing and pricing in preparation for roll out of the NDIS. The booklet is complemented by a workbook and costing tool that allows organisations to input their own information and model the impact of moving to a new costing and pricing approach.

 

 

 

 

Interwork Ltd – Governance and business processes

Interwork Ltd has developed a training package for Not for Profit organisations to assist in improving governance and business processes in advance of the NDIS. The training materials focus on high level governance and include modules on Risk, Planning, Roles and Responsibilities of the Board and Directors and Steps to a Successful Not for Profit organisation.

 

 

 

 

Media Access Australia – Accessible communications guide

Media Access Australia has produced this guide to providing digital and on line information to participants. The guide focuses on social media and technology and is a useful resource in planning for communications and marketing services to participants in advance of the NDIS.

 

 

 

 

NDS - NDIS Readiness Toolkit

A toolkit (including organisational self-assessment) designed to help organisations to fully understand their current capacity for change, and any areas they should focus on to succeed under the NDIS.
