As a school leaver, what should I bring to my planning meeting?

This flyer is to help you prepare for your planning conversation as a school leaver.

The more information you bring to your planning meeting, the better your planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) can understand you and how to best support you to achieve your goals. You may like to bring:

  • Your employment goals
  • School career or transition plan
  • School reports or assessments
  • Work experience reports
  • Volunteering reports
  • Centrelink assessment information like a Job Capacity Assessment (JCA) or Employment Services Assessment (ESAt)
  • Whether or not you are already working with a Disability Employment Service (DES)
