Guide to suitability

The NDIA Guide to suitability is available in the Provider Toolkit under key resources:

Providers are required to provide supports to participants consistent with the NDIA Terms of Business, QLD Quality and Safeguards Working Arrangements, and Guide to Suitability. It is important to read the entire Guide to Suitability, but please ensure you pay particular attention to the section specifically about QLD providers.

As per the above documents, existing providers who wish to expand their registration scope may be required to complete a Statement of Commitment. Please see below the template for this Statement of Commitment.
