How to revoke your registered provider status

During the transition of provider registration functions from the NDIA to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission), providers may need to request revocation as a Registered Provider of Supports with either the NDIA or the NDIS Commission.

Providers registered in all states and territories except Western Australia

Contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (external) (External website) for information about how to request revocation.

Providers registered in Western Australia

If a person or entity currently registered as a Registered Provider of Supports (RPoS) advises that it no longer wishes to be approved as a RPoS, the person or entity may have their approval revoked. This can be done on the basis that the organisation no longer meets the approval criteria for being a RPoS as provided for the purposes of clause 70(1)(d) of the NDIS Act in accordance with the business process.

Providers can contact the NDIA to request revocation.

If you have an enquiry in relation to this business process, please contact: provider.registration@ndis.gov.au
