We are making more improvements to our myplace portal systems.

Myplace portal maintenance is scheduled from 10pm Saturday 9 May Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) to 12pm AEST (midday) on Sunday 10 May 2020. The myplace participant and provider portals will be unavailable during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

From Monday 2 September, participants will see improvements to the way their budget is displayed in the NDIS myplace participant portal. These improvements in the NDIS myplace participant portal will give detailed information about allocated and spent funding.

Due to scheduled updates, there is a planned systems outage from Saturday 19 October at 10PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) to Sunday 20 October at 4AM AEDT. Both the provider myplace portal and participant myplace portal will be unavailable during this time.

The NDIS myplace participant portal is currently unavailable due to issues with the mygov platform.

The NDIA is aware of issues impacting updates to bank account details of some participants with a plan in our new computer system.

Due to planned maintenance, the myplace participant portal and provider portal will be unavailable from 10.00pm on Saturday 19 September 2020 to 1.00am Sunday 20 September 2020, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Providers may be experiencing issues accessing the myplace portal via PRODA authentication. Our technical teams are urgently investigating the issue.
