Current opportunities

Individual Capacity Building Grant Round 2020-2021

$85m (GST excl.) in grants will be available to support projects that will go for up to two years. These projects will enable systematic, nationwide access to peer support, mentoring and other skills-building for people with disability, carers and families.

Applications for this round will close 2.00pm AEST, 6 May 2020. Please note that this is a two-week extension of the original closing date to allow organisations affected by the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic further time to submit applications.

Individual Capacity Building Program Roadshow: Questions and Answers

In late February and early March 2020, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) delivered an Individual Capacity Building Program Roadshow across Australia.

The roadshow aimed to provide an overview of the Individual Capacity Building Program, along with information to support organisations to apply in the current grant round.
