Introducing changes to NDIS legislation for support coordinators

On 22 August 2024, the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No. (1) Bill 2024 was passed by the Parliament and came into effect on 3 October 2024.

In this session we will:

• deliver an overview of the NDIS Bill amendments
• provider further information on some of the key changes for support coordinators
• provide an opportunity for Q&A at the end.

These sessions will continue as an ongoing series and will allow the NDIA to continue providing updates on the legislation changes and the impacts to providers as changes are rolled out.
