Community Forum: Mandatory Registration for SIL and Platform Providers

This online community forum will provide clear, accessible information about the Mandatory Registration of Supported Independent Living (SIL) and platform providers.

Delivered as a panel discussion, the session will explain what is changing, why these changes are being introduced, and what they may mean for participants, families, carers and the broader disability community.

The forum will feature a range of subject matter experts, including representatives from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the NDIA, who will share perspectives and respond to common questions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear consistent, expert-led information, ask questions, and build their understanding ahead of implementation.

This is an information session designed to support awareness and readiness. It is not a consultation and will not address individual cases or provider-specific matters.

Who is this webinar for?

This session is designed for NDIS participants, carers, families, and kin, as well as supporting services such as advocacy organisations, peer support networks, and carers’ groups.
