The Agency is committed to completing the 2018-2019 end of financial year statements in a timely manner with minimal disruption. There is no expected outage planned to the myplace provider or participant portals over the EOFY period.
Payments and service bookings will not be impacted or delayed over this period.
- The last payment run for the 2018-2019 financial year will be on Friday 28 June 2019.
- The first payment run for the 2019-2020 financial year will be on Monday 1 July 2019.
