From Monday 5 August, you will notice improvements to the way quotes are managed in the provider myplace portal. The report will include important information about a participant's quote and the quote status. These changes will enhance the way important information is displayed.
The new enhancement will allow you to follow and track the progress of a quote, including viewing the status of a quote.
The enhancements are a part of the NDIA’s commitment to delivering a high-quality Scheme, and improving the online experience for participants.
Information about the new quotes enhancement, and other guidance relating to the myplace provider portal will be available in the Provider Portal Step by Step Guide from Monday 5 August.
