Participant budget display enhancements

From Monday 2 September, participants will see improvements to the way their budget is displayed in the NDIS myplace participant portal.

These improvements in the NDIS myplace participant portal will give detailed information about allocated and spent funding.

Under each support category and type, participants will be able to view:

  • provider name
  • service booking number
  • last payment date

Participants with plan managed funds will see the plan manager’s name under all support categories and types, with a link to the relevant service booking. 

Participants with self managed funds will be able to view the last date a payment was made to them under each support category.

These changes will:

  • allow you to accurately track your budget
  • give you greater choice and control with your plan
  • improve your online experience.

JAWS users should use the hot key combination of ALT+CTRL+NUM PAD 5 to navigate the My Funding Report.
