National provider survey opens Tuesday 3 September 2019

On Tuesday 3 September 2019, registered providers received access to the National Provider Survey. The survey is designed to collect information about provider satisfaction with the NDIA and the general level of confidence in the NDIS. 

All active and inactive providers received an email with a direct link to the survey. The survey has been sent to each registered provider’s contact email in the myplace provider portal.

The annual survey forms part of our ongoing commitment to working in partnership with providers to deliver the NDIS and enable the growth of a market of adequate size, quality and innovation.

All responses are de-identified and confidential. If you have any questions in relation to the survey, please email provider.support@ndis.gov.au
