ILC National Information Program grant round results

Thirty seven organisations have been funded to improve the accessibility, quality and consistency of information available for people with disability, their families and carers, as well as for relevant supports and services.

After a competitive assessment process, the total of $65 million in funding was announced by the Minister for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the Hon Stuart Robert MP on Friday 11 October.

The 37 organisations across Australia have received three years of funding under the Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) National Information Program to develop information resources (e.g. websites, phone hotlines, workshops) about disabilities that complement, but do not duplicate, other NDIA information. These products will be consolidated into a national platform of information resources for all people with disability in the community.
