The Agency is committed to completing the 2019-20 End of Financial Year (EOFY) statements in a timely manner with minimal disruption.
There is no expected outage planned to the myplace provider or participant portals over the EOFY period.
Payments and service bookings will not be impacted or delayed over this period.
- The last payment run for providers for the 2019-20 financial year is on Tuesday 30 June 2020.
- The first payment run for the 2020-21 financial year is on Wednesday 1 July 2020.
