As the new statutory decision maker for NDIS price limits, the Minister for Disability and the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Mark Butler MP, has made the first NDIS pricing determination under changes introduced through the NDIS Amendments (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Act 2026.

Stronger NDIS integrity systems put in place by the Australian Government have delivered $2.1 billion in savings and benefits through stopping non-compliant payments and protecting participant funding from misuse.

There are upcoming multi-system updates. Planned outages allow us to update and improve our systems.

Starting from 1 October, some NDIS support budgets will be reduced over the coming 12 months.

NDIS participants, providers and the wider disability community are invited to have their say on NDIS pricing, as part of this year’s Annual Pricing Review.

The NDIA has updated our public data, now current as at 30 June 2026.
