Updated plan implementation directory following participant feedback

We want to make sure you have the support you need to use your NDIS plan.

To help you find the right information to make the best use of your plan, we launched the plan implementation directory in May. 

We launched the directory as a test version.

This means we can continue to update the directory based on what you tell us you would like to see in it. 

Since launching the directory we have received over 16,000 website visitors, and we’ve made improvements to:

  • the directory, including easier access to resources and tools
  • the budget calculator. 

We have also added more content to support you such as:

  • User guides for the budget calculator and support organiser
  • Assistive Technology tip sheets

We thank everyone who has given their feedback and advice via the website feedback form and the feedback email. 

We will continue to listen to what you have to say, so we can make further improvements for you.
