The Services Australia Mobile Service Centre visits are cancelled in all locations until further notice. The Mobile Service Centre has been diverted to New South Wales to support flood affected communities.
Until 16 December 2022, NDIA staff and its partner organisations will be visiting rural and regional Queensland on board the Services Australia Mobile Service Centres.
You can visit the Mobile Service Centre and connect with our NDIS representative, either face to face or virtually, about a range of topics including:
- understanding the NDIS including early childhood and local area coordination services
- applying to access the NDIS for funded supports
- understanding the options of managing your funding
- requesting services with an approved plan
