Anyone with an interest in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is invited to make a submission to the SDA Pricing Review 2022-23 currently underway.
The Review is examining the existing assumptions that underpin SDA prices to support a sustainable SDA market that:
- fosters choice and control
- encourages innovation
- ensures continuity of supply
- ensures financial sustainability.
The SDA Pricing Review is about making sure that SDA properties are priced appropriately and there are more available.
We have now released the consultation paper.

The consultation paper includes a number of questions to guide the development of submissions. A worked example will be available to provide greater clarity as to how SDA prices are currently set.
Submissions on the consultation paper can be made until close of business on Friday, 9 December 2022.
