The NDIA invites NDIS providers to an information session focused on provider obligations following changes to the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS Award). From July 1 2022, the Fair Work Commission changed the SCHADS Award, raising minimum engagement periods applying to casual and part-time home care workers from 1 hour to 2 hours.
