Update 19 June 2025. We’re pleased to let you know these systems are now working as normal.

The updated NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) 2025-26 has been published, following the release of the 2024-25 Annual Pricing Review recommendations.

There is an upcoming planned multi-system outage. Planned outages allow us to update and improve our systems.

The Supported Decision Making Advisory Group met on 12 June 2025 for the second time. The meeting was held online.
