New claiming requirements and registration rules will apply to all Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers from 1 July 2026, including a new claim code and updated eligibility requirements.

The NDIA has released the Annual Pricing Review (APR) Report. The Report provides guidance on what the Agency considers appropriate NDIS prices for 2026-27.

Participants are invited to help test the new way of planning before it rolls out from April 2027.

From 9 June 2026, participants will no longer receive letters from the Agency informing them of Home and Living supports decisions.

The Minister for the NDIS, Jenny McAllister, announced late in 2025 that all providers delivering SIL and/or NDIS digital platform services must become registered.
