How to find other services and supports

Option 1: Browse the Disability Gateway

The NDIS is just one service system for people with disability.

There are many other state, territory and whole-of-Australia programs available.

There are also community groups and not-for-profit organisations that can help people with disability.

It’s a good idea to explore what community and mainstream supports and services are available in your local area, because not every person with disability is eligible for the NDIS.

Or, if your needs can be met by other service systems, you won’t need the NDIS.
