Enhancements have been made to the myplace provider portal, including: the ability for registered providers to submit payment enquiries through the myplace provider portal improvements to the Request for Service (RFS) process for registered Support Coordinators.
The latest NDIS data is now available on the new-look NDIS Data and Insights website.
We have improved webchat, a ‘live chat’ service on our website you can use to talk with staff at the NDIS. NDIS staff can help participants with their personal circumstances once they have verified their identity, just like when you call us.
