Update: The Minister for Disability and the National Disability Insurance Scheme has made his first pricing determination for NDIS supports. This is set out in the pricing schedules.
The NDIS pricing schedules
The Minister’s pricing determination sets maximum prices for supports for the 2026-27 financial year.
The NDIS pricing schedules set out the maximum prices payable for NDIS supports, including specialist disability accommodation (SDA).
The maximum prices in the schedules only apply to NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants.
As per the schedules:
- we can’t pay a claim for an amount more than the maximum price limits
- NDIS providers can’t charge more than the maximum price limits
- participants aren’t entitled to a payment if it is more than the maximum price.
The NDIS pricing schedules outline support item numbers and names, and the national, remote and very remote maximum prices.
