Improved support for Queenslanders with disability

Queenslanders with disability will benefit from improved access to support and services announced today.

The Federal Government will provide more than $233 million for people with disability and children with developmental delay and disability in Queensland as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) rollout.

Carers Queensland, APM, and Mission Australia will be funded to provide Local Area Coordination (LAC) services to people with disability aged seven and above.
