Updates to myplace participant portal editing functions

We’ve made some changes to the myplace participant portal.

From 30 October, participants and representatives using the myplace participant portal will need to contact us to update these contact details:

  • address/es 
  • notification and sending preferences
  • phone number/s 
  • email address.

They can still update their:

  • share my plan preference
  • bank account details.
