Providers may be experiencing issues accessing the myplace portal via PRODA authentication. Our technical teams are urgently investigating the issue.
The periodic transport payment that was due to be paid on Wednesday 29 April, did not occur. We have investigated the issue and the payment will be processed by the Reserve Bank overnight, Wednesday 29 April.
We have introduced webchat on our website to help you quickly find general information about the Scheme through an online ‘live chat’ platform. You can find webchat on the Contact page. Webchat will be monitored from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday local time.
Due to a scheduled update, there is a planned systems outage from Saturday 14 December at 11PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) to Sunday 15 December at 4AM AEDT. Both the provider myplace portal and participant myplace portal will be unavailable during this time.
Enhancements to the myplace provider portal have now been deployed to improve the participant search function.
