System issue update: myplace participant portal log-in issues now resolved
The purpose of this communique is to detail the key outcomes of the Co-design Advisory Group’s 20th meeting, which took place Tuesday 8 August 2023.
Further to our initial notice, some myplace participant portal users are not able to sign in from the myGov website or app.
We’re aware some myplace participant portal users are having trouble logging in. Technical staff are working on a fix as a priority. We expect to resolve the issue today. We advise affected users wait a while, if possible, and try to use the system later today. For urgent support, please contact us. Thank you for your patience.
