Find registered service providers

A provider is an individual or organisation delivering a support or a product to a participant of the NDIS. Organisations or individuals can apply to be a registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Registered providers of supports have met requirements regarding qualifications, approvals, experience and capacity for the approved supports.

Provider lists

Below are links to lists of all providers currently registered with the NDIS as at 31 May 2017.

Where contact details are missing, these have not been provided to the NDIS. Note that 'head office address' does not indicate the areas serviced by a provider; please check with individual providers if they are able to provide goods or services in your area.

These lists are updated every three months. The next update is scheduled for 31 August 2017 and will be published by mid-September 2017.

The files below have been provided for each state and territory with information sorted in two ways: by provider name and by registration group.
