Applying for an internal review of a decision
You can request a review of certain decisions we make. If you are not satisfied with a decision we have made, please contact the Compensation Recoveries Branch on 1800 800 110 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

You must request a review within three months of receiving the original decision. Read more about the review process.
Applying for external review of a decision to the AAT
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your request for review, you may make an application to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
You must make an application to the AAT within 28 days of receiving the outcome of your request for review. More information about making an application to the AAT is available on their website.
