Intergovernmental Agreement
On 7 December 2012, COAG signed an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for the NDIS Launch.
States and territories signed bilateral agreements with the Commonwealth detailing NDIS operational and funding arrangements for each trial site.
These agreements included the planned intake of participants and the balance of cash and in-kind contributions to the Scheme.

Heads of Agreement
The Commonwealth reached agreements to establish the full NDIS with all states and territories.
